The Industrial Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Compressor Sprayer (10L) is a professional-grade manual pressure sprayer engineered for pesticide spraying and practical agricultural training applications.

Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank, the unit is designed to withstand regular use in institutional environments such as agriculture colleges, farmer training centers, and field demonstrations.

The sprayer is equipped with an analog pressure gauge (0–6 Bar / 0–80 PSI), allowing users to monitor working pressure in real time. A built-in safety relief valve ensures controlled pressure release, enhancing operational safety. The adjustable brass nozzle provides flexibility from fine mist to direct stream spray patterns.

Installation & Setup Steps

1. Ensure all components (hose, lance, nozzle) are properly tightened.

2. Open the tank lid and fill pesticide solution (do not exceed recommended level).

3. Securely close the lid to maintain an airtight seal.

4. Operate the manual pump to build pressure.

5. Check the pressure gauge — maintain within 1.5 to 4.0 bar.

6. Begin spraying using the trigger gun.

7. After use, pull the safety relief valve to release pressure.

8. Empty and clean the tank thoroughly before storage.
